SELECTED THROUGH CPOs SPECIAL EXAMINATION - 2010 CONDUCTED BY STAFF SELECTION COMMISION You are provisionally selected for appointment as Sub. Inspector(GD) in CRPF as result of test/interview conducted by Staff Selection Commission. The post is purely temporary and likely to be continued indefinitely. 2. The scale of pay for the said post is Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade pay Rs. 4200/- in addition, you will be entitled to dearness and other allowances as applicable to Central Govt. Employees from time to time and all other benefits as admissible to CRPF personnel. 3. The other terms and conditions of appointment will be as under:- a) Your services are liable to be terminated at any time on one month's notice during the initial period of your service i.e. 2 years by the appointing authority without assigning any reason in accordance with the provisions contained in CRPF Rules. 1955. b) You shall be at liberty to resign your appointment before expiry of 10 years of your service provided three months pay or training charges whichever higher, is refunded. c) You will be governed under New Pension Scheme as implemented by GOI, Ministry of Finance OM NO. 5/7/2003-EC & PR dated 22/12/2003 and you will have to compulsorily pay subscription towards the above scheme. d) The appointing authority may during the period of initial appointment permit you for good and sufficient reasons ; to resign from the force with effect from such date as may be specified in the order accepting discharge/resignation, provided that on the acceptance of your resignation shall be requested to refund to the Government all the cost of training imparted to you in the force or a sum of equal to three months pay and allowances received by you prior to the date of your resignation whichever is higher. -2- e) The appointment carries with it the liability to serve any where in India or outside the Country, if required. f) On joining this Department/Force, you will be governed by CRPF Act, 1949 and CRPF Rules-1955 as amended from time to time. g) You will be requird to undergo basic training at any of the Training Institution of the CRPF after reporting. If, you are not successfully undergoing/completing the training, your services will be terminated. h) You will not be entitled to reimburse any expenditure for the journey from your home town to the place of joining and return journey, if you found unfit in any respect. i) In case, you do not report by the stipulated date mentioned at para-4, the offer of appointment made to you will be deemed to be lapsed automatically and no correspondence whatsoever on the subject will be entertained. j) On your joining the post offered, authenticity of the Educational/Date of Birth/Caste Certificate produced by you shall be verified from the concerned issuing authority. In case of any discrepancy, found at a later stage, your services shall be liable to be terminated withouot assigning any reason. k) In case of SC/ST and OBC candidates, the appointment is provisional and is subject to the community certificate being verified through the proper channels. If verification reveals that the claim of the candidate to belong to other Backward Classes or not to belong to creamy layer is false, his services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate. 4. If you accept the offer of appointment on the terms and conditions mentioned above, you should report for duty to THE DIGP, GROUP CENTRE-ONE, C.R.P.F. GOLF COURSE ROAD, AJMER(RAJASTHAN)-305007 ON OR BEFORE 08/03/2012 alongwith all original copies of the following documents:- i. All educational certificates in original including certificate of agae(Education Certificate issued by Board/School Authority) ii. SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate issued by the appropriate authority, in case of OBC candidate, a declaration is required to be produced by the candidate seeking reservation as OBC in the prescribed format(Copy attached). iii. Pre-verfication form enclosed with this offer of appointment duly filled up properly and got signed by the authorities as mentioned in the form. Contd......P/3
