SELECTION COMMI<strong>SI</strong>ON<br />
You are provisionally selected for appointment as Sub. Inspector(GD) in<br />
CRPF as result of test/interview conducted by Staff Selection Commission. The post is<br />
purely temporary and likely to be continued indefinitely.<br />
2. The scale of pay for the said post is Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade pay Rs.<br />
4200/- in addition, you will be entitled to dearness and other allowances as applicable to<br />
<strong>Central</strong> Govt. Employees from time to time and all other benefits as admissible to CRPF<br />
personnel.<br />
3. The other terms and conditions of appointment will be as under:-<br />
a) Your services are liable to be terminated at any time on one month's notice<br />
during the initial period of your service i.e. 2 years by the appointing<br />
authority without assigning any reason in accordance with the provisions<br />
contained in CRPF Rules. 1955.<br />
b) You shall be at liberty to resign your appointment before expiry of 10<br />
years of your service provided three months pay or training charges<br />
whichever higher, is refunded.<br />
c) You will be governed under New Pension Scheme as implemented by<br />
GOI, Ministry of Finance OM NO. 5/7/2003-EC & PR dated 22/12/2003 and<br />
you will have to compulsorily pay subscription towards the above scheme.<br />
d) The appointing authority may during the period of initial appointment<br />
permit you for good and sufficient reasons ; to resign from the force with<br />
effect from such date as may be specified in the order accepting<br />
discharge/resignation, provided that on the acceptance of your resignation<br />
shall be requested to refund to the Government all the cost of training<br />
imparted to you in the force or a sum of equal to three months pay and<br />
allowances received by you prior to the date of your resignation whichever is<br />
higher.<br />
