(i) Details of rates, taxes, duties, and discounts, if any quoted by the bidder. These details should be submitted on their letter pad. The quotations may be addressed to The Dy. Inspector General of Police, Group Centre, CRPF, Phaphamau, Allahabad(UP)-211013 . 07. The rate of items should be quoted along with Excise Duty, which can be supplied within the specified period mentioned in the supply order. Quotations should be addressed to the DIGP, GC, CRPF, Phaphamau, Allahabad(UP)- 211013 must reach by the date mentioned in the tender notice (latest by 1500 hours on 31/05/2012 to this Office. Quotations sent by Post/Courier would be acceptable up to 1500 hrs. On the fixed date (i.e. 31/05/2012). 09. Quotations will be opened on 31/05/2012 at 1600 hrs. Tenderers or their representatives may be present at the time of opening the quotations, if so desire. 10. Quotations received late after due date and time will be rejected. 11. The price quoted should be for complete terms of reference. Rates should be quoted item wise each separately. 12. Catalogue/full particulars of the goods/equipment should also be furnished with the quotations if available. 13. The Tender, along with its quotations, must also submit a certified copy of its latest Income tax clearance certificate. 14. Quotations should be valid up to 90 days. Quotations valid for a shorter period shall be rejected as non-responsive. 15. The supply order will only be placed after the demonstration/final inspection and approved of the sample of goods/equipment by the purchase committee/competent authority as may be intimated. 16. Stores shall be supplied at the premises of the consignee as per terms and conditions & supply order. No other charges such as OCTROI, Packing, forwarding freight, insurance, loading and unloading clearance etc, will be allowed. However, OCTROI Exemption Certificate, if required, will be issued. Central sales tax will be charged by the quote as per the applicable rates. 17. Performance security Deposit for an amount 5 percent of the order value of the contract as may be decided by the competent authority, for the stores of tender enquiry will have to be made within 7 days on receipt of order to ensure due performance of the contract. Security deposit shall be in any of form (a) Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed Bank (Model) format at Annexure(B) (C). 00006.The performance security should remain valid for a period of sixty days beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations by the firm/ organization. Bid security will be returned to the successful bidder on receipt of performance security. 18. Store are required to be supplied on credit basis and No interest will be payable on the delayed payment of stores. Payment will be made direct to the supplier/firm bank account through ECS mandate. No request for other mode of payment will be entertained. 19. Quantity of the stores indicated is subject to increase or decrease at the discretion of the DIGP, CRPF, GC Allahabad , without assigning any reason. 20. The tenderer should indicate the guarantee period in the quotation. The minimum guarantee period will be one year unless an increased period is specifically mentioned in the specification. 21. The tenderer should/ indicate the life span of the item. 22. Performance Security Deposit as mentioned against column 16 will be released after completion of all contractual obligations by the firm/organization. Thus can be with held of forfeited in full or in part in case the order is not executed satisfactorily within the stipulated period or requisite standard of the stores within the guarantee period is not undertaken to the best satisfaction of the user. 23. While the quote and the Government shall every effort to resolve amicably by direct informal negotiation, every them, if any disagreement or dispute arising between them under or in connection with the contract shall be settled under the Court of law within its jurisdiction At Allahabad. The resultant contract will be interpreted under Indian Laws. 24. The Head of Department, reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all, at any time without assigning any reason thereof . 25. The submission of the tender shall be taken as the implied acceptance of all terms and conditions stipulated herein . 26. Registration certificates of DGS&D, SSI/NSIC and this department if any should be attached with the quotation. 27. LAB TEST REPORT / CERTIFICATE OF STORES OFFERED: 27.1 The tenderer after getting the tender samples tested from any of the laboratories approved by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) must submit the lab test certificate in original . Issue Date of Lab Test Report must should be after date of issue of tender enquiry. The lab test certificate should indicate that :- “It is Certified that the sample offered for lab test is meeting / not meeting all the requirement with reference to its tender Enquiry specifications As per Appendix– A’of Tender Enquiry and the sample is acceptable with reference to its tender enquiry specifications .( Note :-Delete whichever is not applicable.”).
