Artist Anna Razumovskaya: graduated from Russian State University For Arts<br />
(high-class artist) in 1991 going on to study art in Germany, Belgium, Holland.<br />
She has had personal exhibitions in major cities around the world and her<br />
paintings can be found in private collections . Looking at Anna's works you always<br />
getting a feeling of artist sole tension behind the painting... "romanticism" is the<br />
word to describe Anna's works...interlacing of a quiet tones with the bright color<br />
impact at the end is the trade mark of the artist...abstract elements is the big<br />
aspect of every artwork and, in a combination with the sensual dynamics, creates<br />
an unforgettable experience for the viewer.<br />
Duncan Palmar paints in both oil and watercolour and tends to apply<br />
similar techniques to both mediums. He concentrates on seascapes,<br />
architectural and landscapes and swaps his style from loose<br />
impressionistic beach scenes to highly detailed harbour scenes. Duncan<br />
tries to spend at least seven hours a day in his garden studio, but this<br />
varies according to the time of year. He draws inspiration from the work of<br />
other Artists, past and present, in particular the Victorian Watercolourists,<br />
the Newlyn School of Painters and William Turner.<br />
Bill Tolley studied at Saint Martin's School of Art in London and has had<br />
much success both nationally and internationally with his shared and one<br />
man exhibitions. Bill believes that if you paint to earn money the image<br />
lacks the honesty and genuine feeling that is captured in a painting that is<br />
painted for the sheer need of painting. Bill is well read in philosophy,<br />
although when asked if he uses this as a point of inspiration his answer if<br />
a definite 'no'. To Bill, philosophy is an intellectual subject and most artists<br />
spoil their work by applying intellect to it - 'if you evaluate art it<br />
automatically loses that magical feeling'. In his own words 'philosophy<br />
satisfies the mind, whereas painting satisfies the emotions' '<br />
David Shepherd is firmly entrenched in the hearts of the art-buying public.<br />
The wildlife paintings that have made him a household name have also<br />
earned a considerable amount of money over the years to help<br />
conservation projects. David’s talent on the canvas does not stop at<br />
widlife, he is an accomplished portrait artist as well as painting landscapes<br />
and steam engines. He has been the subject of ‘This is Your Life’ as well<br />
as appearing on ‘Desert Island Discs’ an his life and work have been the<br />
subject of numerous books. He is truly a Legend in his own Time.<br />
