Carnival Cruise Lines bid adieu to Paul Zacharski, senior vice president of
finance and administration, who retired earlier this year after 29 years of service
to the company.
Paul’s Carnival career began in 1982 when he was named controller for Seachest
Associates, Carnival’s former in-house food and beverage division when the
company’s fleet consisted of just four ships. After a brief stint with Carnival
Corporation, Paul rejoined Carnival Cruise Lines as vice president and controller
before being promoted to senior vice president in 2000.
Over his nearly three decades of service at Carnival, Paul played a key role in the
company’s incredible growth and success and he will be deeply missed.
Best of luck in your retirement, Paul!
