Public Announcement hereby !made, in accordance
with the provision of Article 7 of the Enforcement
Order of the Public Corporation Labor Relations
Law that tbe Public Monopoly Corporation Sendai
Regional iVtediation Committee, having received an
application for mediation from the Koriyama
Chapter Chief of All Monopoly Corporation Workers
Union on the following matter on June 16, 1950,
decided after deliberation at the 6th Committee
meeting, to make mediation in accordance with the
provision of Article 24-3 of the Public Corporation
Labor Relations Law :

Whereas Daido Seiko K.K., 66, Aza Kuridashi,
Hoshizaki-cho, Minami-ku, Nagoya-shi, has applied
for registration of preservation of ownership of the
land, building, structure, machinery and implements,
etc., belonging to the Hoshizaki Factory of the said
company at 30, 2-chome, Daido-cho, Minami-ku,
Nagoya-shi, Tsukiji Factory of the said company at
15, Higashi-tsukiji-machi, Minami-ku, Nagoya-shi,
and, Oe Factory of the said company at 2, Takiharu-cho,
Minami-ku, Nagoya-shi, for the purpose of
creating a factory foundation, any person who has
a claim over the movable property that is to be
included in the aforesaid foundation or any creditor
of seizure, provisional seizure or provisional disposition
of the abovementioned property,, shall file hi&
claim with this Office within thirty-two days from
the day of publication of this notice.
The inventory of the said foundation is available
at this Office for the inspection of the interested
parties.

Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned;
association was dissolved in accordance with the
decision made at the extra-ordinary general meeting
held on May 31, 1950.
Accordingly, the creditors to this association who
fail to report their claims within two months from
the day of publication of the first notice shall be
excluded from the liquidation.
