St. John’s College will be running tours and offering
hospitality throughout the day.

Attention: All budding designers
Here’s a chance to show your burgeoning talent by designing a new Merrick
Quad!
After the recent storms, we are left with just one (very problematic) tree and
a lot of bare space.
Do we replace those that Mother Nature removed?
Or do we remove the remaining one?
How about a shady area to provide respite from the summer sun??
If you have ideas to share, please forward your suggestions to the
Headmaster’s office for consideration. Proposals can be as detailed or simple
as you like – drawings, pictures of other situations, notes, etc.
The winning entry will be judged on criteria such as aesthetics, suitability etc.
however; the final result will also be based on cost. The winner will be
announced in the newsletter and receive an open order to the store of their
choice.
