Textile
In sewing and embroidery applications, during cutting operations and printing, the laser
positioning is successfully used. They simplify work processes, accelerate the whole
production process, improve the quality of the product and replace classic alignment
tools. It is important to know that a laser installation does not change the production
places, because the laser can be integrated easily and smoothly into the existing work
processes. Neither changes in the machine settings nor long-lasting training of staff are
required.
Advantages:
̥ Reduction of the setting times
̥ Increase in work quality
̥ Cost reduction
Tire
Z-LASER supplies worldwide leading tyre manufacturers for years with positioning lasers
and accessories. Especially important are highest line straightness (which is confirmed
via certificate), industrial products with as low as possible laser class and precision
brackets with which laser lines can be aligned quickly and accurately. Green lasers are
preferred in the tire industry for best possible visibility on dark materials (such as black
rubber) or in bright surroundings. In addition to the tire building machines, our products
are used for various other applications in the tire industry like machine vision. We are
very interested to develop a customer-specific laser for you and with you.
Advantages:
̥ Reduction of the setting times
̥ Quality control
Medical
The laser modules with class 1 are typically used for precise patient positioning in X-ray
or magnetic resonance tomography. Z-LASER supplies such manufacturers of tomography
with customized laser modules. In mobile X-ray equipment, a laser cross visualizes
the axis of the photons and targets the exact point of X-ray.
The patient benefits from minimizing the ray dose. Z-LASER developed integrated and
retrofit solutions for manufacturers of such X-ray systems. Depending on the application,
the laser is either integrated in the image intensifier or part of X-ray sources.
