returning an item. All products must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging to receive refund. The customer<br />

shipper. All returned items must be shipped FULLY INSURED. This respects our right to have the items returned to us<br />

you by email or phone and inform you of the delay. The cost of shipping via UPS Ground with-in the USA is included in the<br />
sale prices quoted. We can not guarantee a delivery date simply because UPS will not guarantee a delivery date for Ground<br />
shipments. Due to this, please allow 4-10 days for delivery depending on your location. If you require the equipment sooner<br />
please choose one of the other shipping options we offer such as UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Over Night. The additional cost will be<br />
added to your order. Any orders which require shipping outside the USA will be shipped UPS World Express and the cost of<br />
