Payment<br />

The Penalty Charge must be paid be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong> end of <strong>the</strong> period of 28 days beginning with <strong>the</strong> date of <strong>the</strong><br />

Penalty Charge Notice i.e. as shown overleaf. If <strong>the</strong> Penalty Charge is paid be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong> end of <strong>the</strong> period<br />

of 14 days beginning with <strong>the</strong> date of <strong>the</strong> Penalty Charge Notice, you only have to pay <strong>the</strong> reduced<br />

amount as shown overleaf.<br />

You can view camera evidence of <strong>the</strong> alleged contravention at: www.camden.gov.uk/trafficfines by<br />

entering <strong>the</strong> vehicle registration number and Peanlty Charge Notice number.<br />

If your vehicle has been clamped or removed, immediate payment of <strong>the</strong> Penalty Charge and clamp or<br />

removal release fees is required, o<strong>the</strong>rwise daily storage charges will be incurred in addition to <strong>the</strong><br />

release fees.<br />

If <strong>the</strong> Penalty Charge is not paid be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong> end of <strong>the</strong> 28 day period, we may serve a Notice to Owner<br />

on <strong>the</strong> person appearing to us to be <strong>the</strong> owner of <strong>the</strong> vehicle. You will have lost <strong>the</strong> chance to pay at<br />

<strong>the</strong> reduced amount. The Notice to Owner will tell you:<br />

• <strong>the</strong> amount of charge to pay<br />

• how to make representations about this Penalty Charge Notice<br />
