If the Penalty Charge is paid before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the date of the Penalty Charge Notice, you only have to pay the reduced amount as shown overleaf. You can view camera evidence of the alleged contravention at: www.camden.gov.uk/trafficfines by entering the vehicle registration number and Peanlty Charge Notice number. If your vehicle has been clamped or removed, immediate payment of the Penalty Charge and clamp or removal release fees is required, otherwise daily storage charges will be incurred in addition to the release fees. If the Penalty Charge is not paid before the end of the 28 day period, we may serve a Notice to Owner on the person appearing to us to be the owner of the vehicle. You will have lost the chance to pay at the reduced amount. The Notice to Owner will tell you: • the amount of charge to pay • how to make representations about this Penalty Charge Notice • the grounds on which you can base your case.
