originally from Valdosta, Mississippi. He enjoys hiking, snow skiing, snowboarding,
canoeing, traveling, cooking, home improvement, and gardening.
David Allen is a Utah native from Provo, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah,
School of Medicine. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his son. They often
go swimming, visit Dinosaur Parks, and Museums. His interests include skiing, river
rafting, football, and attending concerts.
Mary Blankenship graduated from University of South Alabama College of Medicine. She
is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She enjoys all competitive sports, she’s an avid
runner, she enjoys gourmet cooking, traveling, and reading.
Stuart Bridge graduated from the University of Nebraska, College of Medicine. He is
originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He enjoys exercising and staying active as much as he
can. He also takes pleasure in keeping up with the latest technology, working with
computers, and testing out all sorts of new gadgets and is a huge college football fan.

Utah, School of Medicine in 2006. He has completed 2 years of Anesthesiology residency
at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is an off-cycle resident and will be
promoted to PGY3 level on 3/1/11. He enjoys the piano, bicycling, and the yo-yo. Andy
is married to Catherine Coles.
Catherine Coles graduated from the University of Kansas, School of Medicine in 2006. She
completed 2 years of an Anesthesiology residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at St. Louis,
MO. She is an off-cycle resident and will be promoted to PGY3 level on 3/1/11. She
enjoys running, horseback riding (trains and competes), playing the violin, taking long
walks, gardening, cooking, and reading books. Catherine is married to Andy Coles.
