One <strong>Oracle</strong> Project Team Roles and Responsibilities<br />

The One <strong>Oracle</strong> Programme Board reports to CMT through the Modernisation and<br />

Improvement Board, who act as Project Sponsor.<br />

SRO – Martin Rayson (supported by Jonathan Bunt) P/T<br />

• To ensure the business case benefits are delivered<br />

• To ensure the solution is delivered to time, budget and be accountable for this<br />

delivery<br />

• To act as the final escalation point for any project issues<br />

• To set the vision and direction for the programme<br />

Programme Manager - Stephanie Harris F/T<br />

• Exercise overall responsibility for and control of the delivery of the project to<br />

time and budget.<br />

• Create and maintain the overall project plan.<br />

• Ensure that issues and properly recorded and managed.<br />

• Monitor risks and recommend mitigating actions.<br />

Testing and Cutover Manager – TBC F/T<br />

• Work with the business streams and project management team to plan the<br />

User Acceptance Testing<br />

• Liaise with the Implementer system test manager to ensure successful<br />

completion of system testing/movement into UAT<br />

• Coordinate the UAT testers test timings<br />

• Manage test logs and ensure that issues are communicated and actions<br />

taken to resolve<br />

• Report the test statistics to the project management team<br />

• Responsible for the overall completion of UAT<br />

• Organise the overall migration plan including the scheduling of multiple<br />

cutover test events to prove the process.<br />

• Lead activities to successfully migrate data from the legacy environments to<br />

the new solution<br />
