Sometimes clubs need to purchase items out of their Administrative,
Recruitment or Non-Allocated funds:
Club account balances can be obtained from either Kyle Stephan or
Maya Pillay or through the Check Book feature on OrgSync if you
are tracking correctly.
To purchase supplies or meeting refreshments, contact Maya Pillay.
To set up an event, set up a meeting Nicole Fedders.
In order for us to spend your money you will need to fill out a
Treasury Request Form (TRF).
We can order most items for you online.
We are tax exempt – we can save you money.
We can purchase or make reservations even for off campus events.
Cash advances are available if requested 3 weeks prior to needing
the advance.
