35. It is admitted that Article 402 <strong>of</strong> the Master Contract states in part that “. . . the<br />
investigation will interview all witnesses each party identifies and, if possible, obtain a written<br />
statement from each witness interviewed.” All remaining allegations <strong>of</strong> paragraph 35 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>first</strong><br />
<strong>amended</strong> <strong>complaint</strong> are denied.<br />
