one (21) years and that “It’s me. It’s my inspiration. It’s how I get through the day.” All remaining<br />
allegations <strong>of</strong> paragraph 69 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>first</strong> <strong>amended</strong> <strong>complaint</strong> are denied for want <strong>of</strong> knowledge or<br />

74. It is admitted that Bill White conducted a walk through <strong>of</strong> John Freshwater’s classroom<br />
on April 16, 2008. The bible was on Mr. Freshwater’s desk. A Colin Powell poster with a bible<br />
scripture was on the wall. All remaining allegations <strong>of</strong> paragraph 74 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>first</strong> <strong>amended</strong> <strong>complaint</strong><br />
are denied for want <strong>of</strong> knowledge or information sufficient <strong>to</strong> form a belief as <strong>to</strong> the truth <strong>of</strong> their<br />
