6.0 FILTERS:
3. Variance-covariance matrices for the estimated parameters:
The estimated IOP from the calibration procedure will be associated
with a variance-covariance matrix. The square roots of the variances
represent the standard deviations, which can be used as a measure of
the quality of the estimated parameters. For a meaningful estimate of
the IOP, the standard deviations must be:
• Tier I < 1.0 Pixels (for the xp, yp, and c components of the
IOP)
• Tier II < 1.5 Pixels (for the xp, yp, and c components of the
IOP)
• Tier III N/A
6.1 Filters:
7.0 EXPOSURE:
Camera and filter should be calibrated as a single operational unit.
7.1 Shutter Speed:
The shutter speed shall be such that it is consistent with image
resolution and quality requirements.
7.2 Resolution:
Image motion shall be held to less than 2 pixels.
Project requirements may specify full Image Motion Compensation be
set.
8.0 PHOTOGRAPHIC FLIGHT TOLERANCES:
The following specifications must be adhered to for Tier I and Tier II
photography. Tier III requirements may be specified uniquely within the
contract.
