Billing The system used to charge an Operator for the<br />

<strong>Interconnect</strong> <strong>Offer</strong>.<br />
<strong>Interconnect</strong>(ion) The physical and logical linking of<br />
<strong>Interconnect</strong>(ion) Link<br />
telecommunications networks and the providing of<br />
services in order to allow users connected to one<br />
network to communicate with users connected to<br />
another network, or to allow the users connected to<br />
a network to access services provided by another<br />
organisation than the one operating the network to<br />
which those users are connected<br />
A link between a <strong>Mobistar</strong> Access Point and an<br />
Operator’s Access Point in order to enable the<br />
provision of <strong>Interconnect</strong> Services. An <strong>Interconnect</strong><br />
Link is composed of an integer number of 2 Mbit/s<br />
systems (E1’s)<br />
<strong>Interconnect</strong>(ion) Link An <strong>Interconnect</strong> Service necessary for the<br />
Service<br />
establishment of an <strong>Interconnect</strong> Link<br />
<strong>Interconnect</strong>(ion) <strong>Interconnect</strong>ion Services as described in the<br />

Invoice Date The date mentioned on the invoice<br />

LOI Letter of Intent concluded between <strong>Mobistar</strong> and the<br />
Operator with a view to negotiating and executing<br />
an <strong>Interconnect</strong> Agreement<br />
Mean Busy Hour As defined in the relevant ITU documents<br />
Occupancy<br />
Mid-Span <strong>Interconnect</strong> <strong>Interconnect</strong>ion in which the <strong>Interconnect</strong> Link is<br />
provided in part by <strong>Mobistar</strong> and in part by the<br />
Operator whereby the Point of Demarcation is<br />
situated on the <strong>Interconnect</strong> Link at a location agreed<br />
upon by the interconnecting Parties.<br />
<strong>Mobistar</strong> <strong>Mobistar</strong> S.A./N.V., a company incorporated under<br />
the laws of Belgium, with registered office and place<br />

Brussels, registered with the Brussels Register of<br />

<strong>Mobistar</strong> Mobile A <strong>Mobistar</strong> Mobile subscriber is a subscriber with :<br />
Subscriber<br />
- a mobile number that belongs to the range of<br />
numbers which has been attributed by the BIPT to<br />
<strong>Mobistar</strong> and which has not been ported out to<br />
another operator, or<br />
- a number which does not belong to the number<br />
range attributed by the BIPT to <strong>Mobistar</strong>, but which<br />
have been ported to <strong>Mobistar</strong><br />
