Judith Clare Williams has been a
Managing Director of Model
Management, Harare, Zimbabwe
for the past 10 years. She has
groomed over 1000 students,
business women and men of
Zimbabwe and has produced Miss
Harare 2006, First Princess 2007, Miss
Harare 2008, First Princess 2008, Miss
Zimbabwe 2009 and First Princess
2009. She is a qualified make-up
artist, photographer in training and
is passionate about helping the

Varaidzo Chiro has been with
Model Management over one
year and has been majoring in
Personal Grooming, Hygiene and
Social Responsibility. Prior to
joining Model Management she
was involved with Orphaned and
Vulnerable children, people living
with HIV and AIDS .Varaidzo
dedicates her time to charity
organizations and helping those
grow in spirit and confidence.
Shavaun Rose is a young and
aspiring beauty therapist. She
successfully runs the practical side
of our beauty and grooming
college. Offering superb
treatments and consultations to
each individual. Having trained
and worked in a top Salon in
London for 7 years. We are
privileged to have her on our
team.

Manners & Etiquette
Social & Personal Skills
The training for ones successful future life
begins early. Polite, well-mannered individuals
get along better with their peers, as well as
their colleagues, teachers and parents. Good
manners and subtle social graces are not
inborn, they are learned. Etiquette and
manners must be practiced just as one would
practice tennis, soccer or playing the piano.
When behaviour is repeated often enough, it
becomes automatic.
It is never too early to begin coaching in the
basics of good manners. As you get older, your
grades and achievements will take centre stage,
however your manners and social skills will
continue to be part of your evaluation.
In the past, etiquette was taught at home by the
family. In recent years, however, this has not been
the case. Research shows that children will often
listen better to a figure of authority outside of the
home.

that as children approach the
teen years, it is common and
natural for kids to become more
interested in appearances — their
own and others' — seemingly all of

through some big changes as
they grow and go through
puberty. As preteens change
physically they become more
aware of how they look.
Our famous courses are in every
way a comprehensive and
extensive grooming and
introduction to modelling.
However, according to our
surveys, approximately 90% of our
students have no desire
whatsoever to model. They do the
course to achieve poise, improve
their general grooming, gain
confidence, and to emerge a
beautifully packaged woman or
man, with abundance of
confidence and personality. This
final goal is achieved within the
realms of each individual’s
capabilities. The self-discipline one
learns and the sense of
achievement as each week goes
by, plus the ever-improving
reflection in one’s mirror speaks for
itself.

All are welcome on the above course, and each
individual will benefit in her own way, according to his or
her needs.
Naturally, those who enrol with the express purpose of
becoming a model could not choose a better course, as it
affords the best possible solid grounding in the field of
modelling.
At the end of the course each graduate sits a series of
three examinations; the final being the graduation
ceremony; Diplomas are presented to graduates on
graduation night.
