For the second consecutive year, SunCity won<br />

the notable award in the property development<br />

category. 6,000 consumers took part in<br />

a brand survey to nominate brands with<br />

outstanding performance.<br />

Organised in association with the Malaysia’s<br />

Most Valuable Brands (MMVB), the Putra Brand<br />

Awards is a brand valuation exercise to not<br />

only recognise public-listed companies but<br />

also local brands and SMEs that are near and<br />

dear to the hearts of Malaysians. While MMVB<br />

measures best brands by financial valuation,<br />

the Putra Brand Awards measures brands by<br />

consumer preference.<br />

building in the corporate agenda which<br />

is vital in driving the country’s continued<br />

progress. It was introduced in 2009 by the<br />

New Straits Times Press and launched by<br />

the Prime Minister.
