<strong>Codebook</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Vote2004</strong> <strong>data</strong> <strong>set</strong>: <strong>These</strong> <strong>data</strong> are a sub<strong>set</strong> of variables available from the 2004<br />
American National Election Study, which is a national probability sample of all eligible adult<br />
voters in the 2004 election. The total size of the sample in this survey is n=1,212. This <strong>data</strong> <strong>set</strong><br />
contains the following 29 variables. In the brief variable descriptions below, "R" stands <strong>for</strong><br />
"respondent."<br />
