Interestingly, utilizati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> technology did not necessarily follow perceived usefulness.<br />
For example, automated reserve tracking was the seventh highest rated in term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
usefulness in dealing with the issue <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> reserve accuracy <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> reporting, but was <strong>on</strong>e <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
the lowest in terms <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> actual utilizati<strong>on</strong>. This difference was mainly due to the lack <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
utilizati<strong>on</strong> at carriers. Exhibit 3 graphically illustrates the difference between perceived<br />
use <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> actual use by showing the technologies in the same order <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> perceived<br />
utilizati<strong>on</strong> as indicated in Exhibit 2, but Exhibit 3 shows actual utilizati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the<br />
technology.
