We ask for your help to care for the earth and sustain it.<br />

Grant the popular media the judgment and responsibility,<br />

Almighty God,<br />
May you help us understand and be accepting <strong>of</strong> others in this world.<br />
Grant us the courage to open our hearts and minds to the challenges we are face with.<br />

We ask that you bestow upon our leaders: wisdom, compassion, awareness <strong>of</strong> the diverse nature <strong>of</strong><br />
our country and its diverse peoples.<br />

God <strong>of</strong> Compassion,<br />
We pray that you help to restore peace and calm in war torn places <strong>of</strong> our world.<br />
Give us the courage to be more like you, even through times <strong>of</strong> unrest.<br />

God <strong>of</strong> Friendship,<br />
Help us to show kindness and patience with all we meet. God <strong>of</strong> Friendship, you showed through your<br />
son Jesus, the power <strong>of</strong> true and loving friendship. Guide us to be examples <strong>of</strong> Christian friendship<br />

We ask that you may show us the way to restore calm and bring hope to all the victims <strong>of</strong> war and<br />

Grant courage and faith to those challenged by sickness, as they encounter the obstacles present in<br />

guide, lead and inspire the young so that we can have a better and brighter future.<br />
