This price list contains information that is easy to consult, telling the customer everything about the technical features of the company’s products. 

The manual is made up of product data sheets arranged vertically. By reading it from the top downards and from left to right, the following information

Indication of the material of which the product is made. Detailed descriptions of the materials used is provided on page 102. 

Suitability 

Codes of Community tests certifying suitability of the products. The level achieved, applicable to all products judged suitable, is the ”Contract” level. 

Description 

Pictures and presentation of the main features of the product, paying attention to style and design. 

Name 

Product name and/or product family name.

Designer’s signature. 

Code / Typology 

Alphanumeric sequence used for classing and identifying univocally each product. Product typology.

Two-dimensional drawing showing the measurements clearly so as to evaluate the space required.

The Marcel project is a module sofa made entirely of 

steel which evokes a parapet overlooking an imaginary 

ocean. The sofa, Marcel, consists of 90x90cm modular 

parts. The common base for all the angle and central 

modules is made of steel tubing and the cushioned 

seating area is made of moulded sheet metal. Both the 

angle and central module backrests are screwed to 

the base via laser-cut steel side supports, connected

For the first time Cristophe Pillet has designed a seat 

for the Classic line, in collaboration with the EMU 

Research Centre. Shot is the new design of seats for 

street contract seating. The tubular structure fits 

well with a stamped sheet metal seat and backrest. 

The backrest has a distinctive, perforated pattern,

whereas the seat is particularly comfortable. However, 

the chair takes up minimal space; it matches various 

tables in the EMU collections and will fit into different 

environments. Up to 12 seats can be stacked together

The Cantilever series, by the Italian designer, 

Andreucci, and the German designer, Hoisl, was 

inspired by the idea of a chair made entirely of iron, 

with a suspended cantilever structure, combining the 

company’s manufacturing tradition with its mission 

to experiment with design. The result is an extremely 

comfortable chair that gives a slight rocking effect, 

almost as if to cradle the sitter. 

The whole line of furniture has been developed on 

the basis of the lightness and transparency of the 

frames: the range includes an armchair and a low 

armchair, a large rectangular table and a sun lounger. 

The seats can be complemented with cushions 

made using the new EMU Soft Ware fabrics (plain or 

striped), making them even more comfortable to use 

and enhancing their aesthetic appeal.

semicircle under a canopy, Harem is inspired by the 

Arabian atmospheres of nomadic Bedouins. 

A wide space to be shared with other people, to 

spend long hours in friendly conversation and 

enjoy the open air in full comfort, with no fear of 

sun rays. The cover in weather-resistant fabric frames 

the composition with a drape that conjugates 

suggestive transparencies with charming lightandshade 

effects. The seat modules can be used as

three- or four-seater sofa, combined with a matching 

table, a pouffe or armchairs. The charm of handwoven 

wicker embellishes its clean-cut design to 

create an elegant style suitable for both classic and 

contemporary environments. Thanks to this system 

of modular seating and tables, indoor and outdoor 

spaces no longer limit creativity and the desire 

for variety in whoever lives there. There are three 

structural elements: a square base, straight backrest 

and corner backrest. The base can be used as a

Materials 

Analytical and descriptive overview of the physicalchemical 

properties of the materials used in the making 

of EMU products. 

Steel 

Metal owes its characteristics of mechanical resistance 

to the particular bonds between the atoms of the 

substance. Among the metals, Steel is the main product 

of the Iron and Steel industry, used in a variety of ways 

depending on the different types of steel produced. 

An alloy of both Iron and Carbon, with a percentage of 

Carbon less than 2%, steel presents properties that vary 

on the basis of its chemical composition ( the quantity 

of carbon, its distribution in the Iron, the quantities of 

other elements), from thermosetting treatments and 

the production process. In the manufacturing of its 

products, EMU uses an alloy of Steel, Carbon Fe37 and 

expresses the potential of the rich technological knowhow, 

using innovative procedures of surface treatments 

patented in collaboration with the major chemical 

industries of the sector. In the first phase the base 

material is degreased, pickled, activated and covered 

with a layer of phosphatic micro-crystalline that allows, 

after varnishing, a high anti-corrosive performance. 

After these initial pre-treatments the furniture is 

varnished with a process of cathode electrodeposition 

(cataphoresis) which is the most technologically 

advanced method of protecting the metals by means of 

varnishing, where a dipping tank in which the surface 

coating is diluted with water and its deposition on the 

material to be treated is carried out through the effect 

of a continuous electric field. The furniture covered by a 

homogenous film of cataphoresis 30 μ is applied with, a 

thickness of about 80 μ of coloured polyester in powder 

form which, after a further phase of firing, gives the 

furniture its final appearance. 

Aluminium 

A chemical element that does not exist in a pure state in 

nature, aluminium is a malleable and ductile metal (the 

second most ductile and the sixth most malleable). 

Its typical resistance to corrosion and oxidation, due 

to a thick layer of Alumina that forms on its surface 

when it is exposed to air and its characteristic low 

Use and maintenance 

The connection between the high qualitative 

and functional standards of the materials used, 

constitutes the main guarantee of the sturdiness and 

the resistance of the company’s products over time. 

Respecting the rules of maintenance and use, specified 

as follows, will ensure the success of these objects, 

which were devised with EMU quality, to last a long 

time. 

Stainless steel 

Warning:

weight make it an important resource for industry, 

used in multiple applications and in particular in the 

production of outdoor furnishings. The special alloy of 

Aluminium used in EMU products is devised to ensure 

the maximum resistance to corrosion possible and 

to increase the mechanical properties of the metal, 

through the careful selection of alloying materials and 

their chemical composition. To be specific, the high 

percentage of Silicon has the function of increasing 

the fluidity of the materials in the phase of forging; the 

adding of Copper and Iron has a marked effect on the 

resistance to corrosion while the Magnesium and Zinc 

increasing the workability of the metal. To guarantee 

optimal performance the metal also undergoes 

advanced treatments of surface protection. 

EMU Wicker 

This consists of a “filament” with a rectangular or round 

cross-section, obtained by extruding plastic materials 

consisting of thermoplastic polymers. Additives 

improves further the performance levels of these 

materials, ensuring surprising resistance to weathering. 

This synthetic fibre combines aesthetic qualities 

extremely similar to those of natural fibres with the 

advantages typicalcharacteristic of synthetic materials. 

EMU Wicker ensures perfect resistance to exposure to 

outdoor conditions. It is resistant to both UV light, and 

heat, it is not subject to corrosion due to weathering 

or abrasion. The natural charm of the material is 

retained and enhanced by the production process of 

the furniture, during which this material is woven by 

hand on each item of furniture and processed worked in 

accordance with ancient craft traditions. 

Teak 

Traditional wood used in outdoor furnishing of undying 

exotic charm.Teak is a hardwood with a high oil 

content, suitable for external use without the necessity 

of varnishing treatment. Extremely long-lasting, it 

is practically unalterable to repeated exposure to 

atmospheric factors. If not treated, the surface takes 

a silver-grey coating which is the natural protection 

from inside the wood, considered an essential part 

of teak’s charm.

Iroko 

Iroko is a wood from Africa, and its extreme hardness 

and resistance to moisture make it one of the best 

materials for producing outdoor furniture. The iroko 

wood will tend to darken naturally with time, a quality 

that increases its natural charm over the years. 

Fabric cover for outdoor use 

A load-bearing fabric made by the process of thermal 

bonding, it is a PVC coated woven yarn. Its exceptional 

robust characteristics guarantee a long lasting 

durability: maximum resistance to ultraviolet rays, 

atmospheric factors, sudden changes in temperature. 

Acrylic fabric 

Acrylic fabric refers to a fibre, the basic element 

of which is a chain of polymers consisting of 85% 

acrylonitrile. Acrylic fibre combines the aesthetic 

qualities of a luxurious fabric, the substance and feel 

of which are similar to those of wool, with functional 

qualities in terms of resistance to weathering: it 

withstands UV light, it is stain-proof and, thanks to 

the speed with which it dries, it will not rot following 

exposure to water. 

Polyester fabric 

This refers to a fibre made of linear macromolecules 

consisting mainly of polyethylene terephtalate. It has 

outstanding material features: it is resistant to light 

as well as being resistant to tearing and abrasion, is 

not subject to permanent deformation, has excellent 

elasticity recovery and is water-repellent. The polyester 

used by EMU has level 4 resistance to water and light 

as measured under the BS EN standard. 

Tempered crystal glass 

Tempered crystal glass that complies to the 

International standards BS 6206 and produced in 

compliance to standard BS 7376. 

Varnished metals 

To clean surfaces in varnished metals, use cold water 

and non-abrasive or aggressive liquid detergents. 

Apply with a soft cloth. In the case of very dirty and/or 

aged surfaces, after cleaning, it is advisable to treat 

them with liquid paraffin. Apply with a soft cloth to 

revitalize the surfaces. In the event of stains caused 

by lime deposits on varnishes of coarse structure (eg. 

antique iron and indian brown) clean them with a 

cloth and a solution of white wine vinegar diluted in 

cold water. Before winter, carry out the cleaning phase 

and then treat the surfaces, moving parts and screws 

with liquid paraffin, using a soft cloth. Do not store the 

tables putting table tops in direct contact with each 

other and where possible, put the furniture in a dry 

and sheltered place. Small scratches or damage to the 

varnished surfaces due to transportation, improper 

use or handling can be retouched and protected from 

corrosion with special varnishes, available at EMU 

GROUP and/or authorised dealers.

Wood: Teak - Iroko 

The formation of the silver grey coating can be 

impeded at the beginning of the product’s life by 

applying a solution of water and colourless oil for 

teak, to exposed surfaces with a cloth. The oil must 

be highly diluted. When the surface is dry, polish with 

a jute cloth. Superficial stains caused by oil or other 

food products can be removed by intervening in time, 

before the wood can fully absorb them. Gently sand 

the surface in question and then polish with a rough 

jute cloth. 

Synthetic fabrics 

Avoid prolonged contact with oily substances and/ 

or dyes that could be absorbed by the covering 

material in PVC and cause permanent stains, in 

addition to damaging the structure of the thread. Do 

not use solvents or solvent-based detergents (avoid 

acetone). Use water and non-abrasive, colourless liquid 

detergents with a neutral PH. Let the detergent act for 

a few minutes. Rinse well with water no warmer than 

30¼C. In the case you are using a pressure washer, 

keep the nozzle at a distance of at least 60/70 cm from 

the surface of the manufactured good. If necessary, 

repeat the operation.

Other Instructions for general use of the product 

On seats and sofas, avoid improper use such as: putting 

your feet on the chairs, swinging the seats on their 

back legs, sitting on the back rest (especially if it is 

made of fabric only), sitting on the armrests and using 

the product as a ladder. At the end of its use, do not 

dump the furniture in the environment but contact the 

companies responsible for the disposal of solid and 

municipal waste, for its transfer to the Tip or its 

eventual recovery. 

Beach umbrellas 

Before starting to open the umbrella, make sure that 

the fabric has not got caught in the internal ribs. To 

open or close the umbrella, turn the handle in the 

direction indicated by the arrows and the works 

“Open” or “Close”. Incorrect operation could tear the 

string or damage the mechanism. Never force the 

ropes or handles. If they get stuck, check why this has 

happened and eliminate the possible cause. 

For umbrellas code numbers 946, 947 and 990, when 

the umbrella is open, secure the safety chain in place. 

Dralon or polyester fabrics: hand-wash in lukewarm 

water (40°C) using a detergent for delicate fabrics.

Reference standards 

Our outdoor furniture has been designed and tested 

with reference to the mechanical and general safety 

requirements prescribed by European standards and 

currently applicable to this sector. Every product 

sheet reports the code number of the tests passed by 

the corresponding item pursuant to the appropriate 

standards. All tested items have achieved the Contract 

standard, which is the highest standard under the 

current regulation. As a result, they can be applied 

not only for private use (lower-grade Camping and 

Domestic standards), but also for professional use 

(collective use in public places such as restaurants, 

hotels, open swimming pools…). 

What follows is a list of reference standards: 

EUROPEAN STANDARD EN 581-2 jhnn56t 

MECHANICAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS 

AND TEST METHODS OF SEATING 

Seat and back static load test 

Seat: a force of 2000 N is applied to the seat for 

10 cycles maintained for 10 seconds and for 1 cycle 

maintained for 30 minutes. 

Back: a force of 560 N is applied to the back for 10 

cycles maintained for 10 seconds and for 1 cycle 


Seat and back fatigue test 

A force of 1000 N is applied to the seat alternating with 


a tilting force of max 100 N applied to the back, 

for a total of 50000 cycles. 

Seat front edge static load test 

A force of 130 N is applied to the front edge for 10 

cycles maintained for 10 seconds and for 1 cycle 


Seat impact test 

A special seat impactor is made to drop 10 times from 

a height of 180 mm. 

Arm downwards static load test 

A vertical force of 900 N is applied to the arm. 

Arm fatigue test 

A force of 400 N is applied to the arms for a total 

of 30000 cycles. 

Leg forwards static load test 

Applying a balance weight of 100 KG, a front horizontal 

force of 400 N is applied. 

Leg sideways static load test 

Applying a balance weight of 100 KG, a front horizontal 

force of 300 N is applied. 

Alternating fatigue test for folding and/or reclining 

chairs 

A mass of 100 KG is applied to the seat, and an 

General conditions of sale 

1. Definitions 

In these General Conditions of Sale (the ‘’General 

Conditions’’), the term ‘’Seller’’ indicates the EMU 

Group, ‘’Buyer‘’ indicates the purchaser of the Products 

indicated in the relevant sales invoice, ‘’Products‘’ 

designates the Products described on the rear of this 

document and ‘’Area’’ indicates the country in which 

the Products will be delivered by the Seller. 

2. Orders and execution of the contract 

a) Each Contract for the sale of Products between the 

Parties will be understood to be executed at the time 

when the Buyer receives an Order Acknowledgement 

from the Seller (the ‘’ Order Acknowledgement ‘’). Any 

offer or estimate sent by the Seller to the Buyer in 

connection with the Products (in whatever form they 

may be notified) must in any case be understood to be 

subject to these General Conditions. 

b) The General Conditions are the only conditions 

applicable in connection with sale of the Products and, 

subject to any mandatory provisions of law, apply to 

the exclusion of any other implicit or explicit conditions. 

c) These General Conditions (collectively, the 

‘’Contract’’) constitute the entire agreement between 

the Parties in connection with the sale of the Products 

covered by them and replace any previous promise, 

statement or obligation between them. The General 

Conditions may be waived or amended only following 

written agreement in this respect between the Buyer 

and the Seller. 

3. Price changes 

The Seller reserves the right to change the purchase 

prices of the Products (the “Purchase Prices”) at any 

time simply by means of a written notice to the Buyer 

before receipt of the Order Acknowledgement by the 

Buyer, in order to include therein any increases in costs 

of the raw materials, of production, of the packaging, of 

transport or of labour. 

4. Payment 

a) Except as otherwise established by the Seller, full 

payment of the Sale Price must be made within the 

date indicated in the relevant invoice. 

b) All payments shall be made complying with the 

terms and procedures called for in this Contract. In 

the event of late payment of the invoices, interest 

will accrue for the account of the Buyer with no need 

to give any notice in this respect, at the rate of the 

European Central Bank’s main funding Instrument in 

its most recent re-funding transaction increased by 7 

percentage points. 

c) Subject to the above, in the event that the payments 

are not made in accordance with the terms called for

suspend delivery of the Products ordered by the Buyer 

until such time as an agreement is reached regarding 

payment of the amount due by the Buyer. 

d) Furthermore, in the event that payment of the 

Products is not made by the Buyer in accordance 

with the terms called for in the General Conditions, 

the Seller will be entitled to receive from the Buyer 

a refund of all the costs incurred for collecting the 

amounts overdue, including any legal expenses or fees. 

5. Delivery 

a) Prices are in Euros, including VAT and transportation. 

The Price list is valid for all countries within the 

European Union except Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, 

Cyprus and Malta. Minimum order value is 1.000,00 

Euros, every order must respect the packing unit as 

stated in the price list. For orders below 1.000,00 

Euros, a freight cost contribution of 100,00 will be 

debited in the invoice. For Norway and Sweden the 

alternating force of 250 N Is applied to the two upper 

ends of the rest alternating with a tilting moment of 

100 Nm applied to the centre of the back for a total 

of 20000 cycles.

Stability 

Forces are applied to pre-established points and with 

values depending on the size of the top and on the 

level of mechanical requirements called for. 

Vertical static load on the table and on its extensions

and of the extensions, if any, of 1000 N and 350 N 

respectively for 10 cycles maintained for 10 seconds 

and for 1 cycle maintained for 30 minutes. 

Horizontal fatigue 

For alternating forces of 150 N are applied for 20000 

cycles to points on the edge of the top, pre-established 

on the basis of the geometrical typology. 

Our tables allow an umbrella to be inserted, however 

they are unable to support the umbrella, which must 

therefore be used with its own separate base.

b) Delivery times are indicative and the Seller cannot 

be held liable for any losses or damage incurred due to 

failure to meet such conditions. 

6. Property rights and related risks 

a) Regardless of delivery, the Seller will retain the 

property of the Products until the Seller has received 

full payment of the Sale Price from the Buyer. 

b) The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that, until 

such time as full payment has been made of the Sale 

Price, the Buyer will be the holder of the Products 

solely as the Consignee for the Seller, and will arrange 

to keep the Products separately from any other 

Products, in such a way that they can be promptly 

identified by the Seller. 

c) In the event that the Products are delivered to 

a specific address of the Buyer, the Seller may at 

any time prior to sale of the Products and by giving 

adequate prior notice to the Buyer, access the places 

to which the Products in question have been delivered 

in order to take possession once again of the Products 

of which the Seller is still the owner. The Buyer 

undertakes here and now to do whatever is necessary 

in order to enable the Seller to exercise this right. 

d) Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the 

provisions of this clause may not be interpreted as 

attributing to the Buyer the right to return the Products 

or to refuse, defer or suspend payment therefore. 

7. Warranties 

a) The Seller warrants that at the time of delivery 

the Products will be free from flaws and will meet 

the specifications indicated by the Seller, provided 

the Products are used by the Buyer for purposes 

conforming with those for which the Product typology 

in question is normally used. In the event that the

Seller has not notified any particular specification with 

regard to a given product, same, at the time of delivery, 

will be understood to meet the ordinary market quality 

standards for similar industrial products. Subject to 

the provisions of Article 7 (B) and, in the event that a 

Product fails to comply with the warranty as above, the 

Seller will be entitled, at his own discretion: 

1) to replace the Products or parts of them that fail to 

comply, or 

2) to alter the Products so that they comply with the 

specifications indicated by the Seller or (as the case 

may be) with market quality standards for similar 

products, or 

3) to withdraw the Products that do not comply and 

refund in full their sale price. 

b) The warranty referred to above will apply subject to 

the following conditions: 

1) that the Buyer has complied with the provisions of 

Article 9 below, to the extent that they are applicable; 

2) that the Buyer has informed the Seller in writing 

of the defects and documented them by means of 

photographs on traditional or digital media, within (i) 

14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the Products in the 

event of easily recognisable flaws and within (i) 14 

(fourteen ) days from the discovery of any hidden flaws. 

The Buyer’s right to take action will be time-barred in 

any case 2 (two) years after delivery of the Products; 

3) that the Buyer grants the Seller the opportunity 

to inspect the Products, according to a reasonable 

procedure, and 

4) that the Buyer has ceased to use the Products that 

fail to comply starting from the time of discovery of the 

flaws claimed by the Buyer. 

c) Subject to the provisions of Article 7 (A) above, and 

without prejudice for any mandatory provisions of law: 

1) any other explicit or implicit warranty with regard 

to the quality, the saleability or the suitability of the 

Products for specific purpose is expressly excluded; and 

2) the Seller will not be held liable for any losses or 

damage incurred by the Buyer due to flaws or to the 

lack of functioning of the product not covered by this 

warranty. 

d) The Seller will do whatever is reasonably 

possible to provide the Buyer with any instructions, 

recommendations and advice for preserving and using 

the Products and its conditions of use. It is understood 

that the Buyer will be responsible for ensuring that the 

Products are used in accordance with the specifications 

and instructions for use. 

8. Quantities 

The Buyer shall inform the Seller in writing in the 

event of delivery of a quantity of Products differing 

from that originally ordered by the Buyer (either over or 

under), within 8 (eight) days at the latest from the date 

of receipt of the goods. 

a) In the event that the quantity of Products delivered 

to the Buyer is smaller than the quantity ordered by 

the Buyer, the Buyer will simply be entitled to receive: 

1) an additional quantity of Products; or 

2) a reduction of the Sale Price. 

b) In the event that the quantity of Products delivered 

to the Buyer is larger than the quantity ordered by the 

Buyer, the Buyer will simply be entitled to obtain: 

1) the right to return the quantity of Products delivered 

in excess, or 

2) the right to retain the whole quantity of the Products 

delivered, paying the whole Sale Price for same. 

c) It is in any case understood that delivery, if any, 

of a quantity of Products differing from that ordered 

(larger or smaller) will not entitle the Buyer to refuse 

the delivery, and that if any Products are returned, 

this must in any case be agreed to beforehand in 

accordance with Article 10 below. 

9. Notification of flaws or failure to deliver 

a) The Buyer shall Inform the Seller in writing of any 

and all events deemed to be covered by the warranty 

according to Article 7 (A) above within the deadline 

according to Article 7 (B) (2) at the latest, under penalty 

of forfeiture of their rights. 

b) The Buyer shall also inform the Seller in writing of 

the delivery, if any, of an incorrect quantity of Products 

within the deadline according to Article 8 above at the 

latest, under penalty of forfeiture and for the purpose of 

exercising the relevant rights. 

c) Once the deadline according to Article 9 (B) above 

has elapsed, the quantity of Products actually delivered 

to the Buyer will be considered accepted on a final 

basis. Under such circumstances the Buyer will 

therefore be under the obligation to pay in full the 

Purchase Price indicated in the invoice for the Products 

actually delivered. 

10. Return of the products 

Goods can be returned only upon written authorization 

by EMU Group S,p.A. Goods received without written 

authorization of EMU Group S,p.A. will be returned to 

sender and shipping costs contra charged. 

11. Intellectual property rights 

a) With regard to intellectual property, the Seller 

guarantees solely that delivery and use of the Products 

do not breach any patents, design or industrial model, 

copyright, royalties, registered trademark or business 

secrets of third parties existing in the Area as of the 

date of the ‘’Products’’ (‘’Intellectual Property Rights’’). 

The Seller will indemnify the Buyer for any damages 

incurred by the latter due to the effect of a breach 

of said guarantee. The guarantee does not apply, 

and therefore the Buyer not will be entitled to any 

indemnification if even only one of the following cases 

occurs: 

1) if the Seller has adopted and followed specific 

instructions by the Buyer for supplying the Products, 

that have caused a breach of the Intellectual Property 

Rights; 

2) if the breach of Intellectual Property Rights is caused 

by use of the Products in a manner or for purposes 

or in places not previously specified or otherwise 

indicated in writing to the Seller; 

3) if the Buyer has not informed the Seller promptly 

in writing of the existence of objections, complaints 

or legal action (whether undertaken or threatened) 

against the Buyer in connection with the Intellectual 

Property Rights; or 

4) if the Buyer, in spite of having observed the 

provisions of point 11 (A) ( 3) above, does not allow the 

Seller to take over - at their own expense - 

management of the dispute or to take part in any 

transactions. 

b) The Buyer guarantees that any indication or specific 

instruction in connection with the supply of the 

Products that may have been supplied to the Seller, 

will not cause a breach, by the Seller, of the Intellectual 

Property Rights of Third Parties, and undertakes to 

indemnify the Seller for all the damaged that the latter 

may incur in the event that such a breach should occur. 

12. Force majeure 

The Seller will not be liable for any losses or damages 

caused by a delay in meeting or by a failure to meet 

his obligations under this Contract in the event that 

same are due to any causes beyond their control, 

including by way of example and not limited to 

same, war, civil commotion, orders or bans imposed 

by regulations or by public authorities, regulations 

concerning imports or exports, strikes or union unrest 

(involving their own personnel or employed by other 

parties), difficulties in tracing personnel or materials, 

failure of machinery, fire or accidents. Should any 

one of such events occur, the Seller may cancel this 

Contract by right or suspend performance hereunder 

without incurring any liability for any loss or damage 

arising out of such action. 

13. Taxes 

The Sale Price and any other sums due to the Seller 

pursuant to this Contract are subject to the application 

of Value Added Tax (or of any other new duty 

applicable to the sale, production or transport of the 

Products other than a tax on the Seller’s income) at the 

rate applicable from time to time. 

14. Transfer 

This Contract may be transferred by the Buyer only 

with the prior written consent of the Seller. 

15. Applicable law - court of competent 

jurisdiction 

This Contract is governed for all effects and purposes 

by Italian law. Any disputes connected in any way with 

this Contract will be subject to the sole competence of 

the Court of Perugia.
