<strong>Conference</strong> Registration Cancellation Policy:<br />
Requests <strong>for</strong> full refund of <strong>Conference</strong> registration fees,<br />
special events, pre- and post-<strong>Conference</strong> horticultural<br />
tours must be made in writing and will be processed under<br />
the following schedule:<br />
Refund requests received:<br />
on or be<strong>for</strong>e June 1, 2011 = Full refund<br />
(less a $30 processing fee<br />
plus any applicable credit<br />
card fees)<br />
June 2, 2011 through<br />
July 30, 2011 = 50% refund<br />
on or after July 31, 2011 = No refund<br />
Any refunds requested 45 days prior the conference will<br />
be processed 15 days after conference conclusion.<br />
