We recommend that you schedule your meetings to take place in the Concierge
Lounge in the Renaissance. The Concierge guest rooms that we have booked for
you provide access to the Concierge Lounge (only guests staying on the Concierge
floor are allowed to use the lounge). As an alternative there are also a number of
bars and restaurants around the hotel complex. These are listed in section 6(v)
along with their contact telephone numbers. There is also one meeting table at our
stand, booth 8 (please speak to Stéphanie Little to book it).
