Comments This version of QL-Dst is made from unchecked data sent from observatories without checks. The users should note that this version is
only for forecast and monitoring. The observatories or we do not have any responsibility caused by uncontrollable noises and baseline
shifts.
For data analyses we ask users to use later versions [final Dst or provisional Dst].
