<strong>Logwin</strong> <strong>sells</strong> <strong>Swiss</strong> <strong>service</strong> <strong>provider</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>perishable</strong> <strong>logistics</strong><br />
<strong>to</strong> current management<br />
Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) – The internationally operating <strong>logistics</strong> <strong>service</strong> <strong>provider</strong> <strong>Logwin</strong> has sold<br />
its 100% stake in the <strong>Swiss</strong> company <strong>Logwin</strong> Solutions Switzerland AG headquartered in Pratteln near<br />
Basel. The new owners are the current board of managers made up of André Bucher, Nino Plozza, Claudio<br />
Plozza and Sonja Gautschi. The shares were transferred with the contract signing on 8 June 2010.<br />
<strong>Logwin</strong> Solutions Switzerland AG employs approximately 120 personnel and within Switzerland offers<br />
transportation <strong>service</strong>s as well as warehousing and other Value Added Services <strong>for</strong> fresh products. Since<br />
2002 <strong>Logwin</strong> Solutions Switzerland belonged <strong>to</strong> the <strong>Logwin</strong> Group.<br />
After the sale, moving <strong>for</strong>ward the company will be again operating under the “FT” brand. The rebranding<br />
will be happening as of 1 July 2010.<br />
