PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS before quoting the rates:
TERMS & CONDITIONS: -
1 Tender forms through web site should be accompanied with DD for Rs.500/- towards issue of tender form in favour of Superintending
Archaeologist, ASI, Dharwad payable at Old Goa + VAT Rs.25/- in favour of Local VAT officer, Dharwad payable at Dharwad which is not
refundable.
2 The E.M.D. should be deposited along with the application form in favour of the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India,
Dharwad Circle, Dharwad in the form of DEMAND DRAFT ONLY OF ANY NATIONALISED BANKS on Old Goa (0321).
3 Tenders of the Contractors who do not deposit Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.) with the Tenders in the prescribed form will be summarily rejected.
4 The work should be executed as per the Standard Specification of K. P. W. D.
5 The work should be executed as specified in the Tender schedule.
6 The contractor/firms should quote the rates in figures as well as in words.
7 Location of the site may be visited for quoting the rates.
Eligibility: -
1. Performance guarantee certificate on a bond paper to be enclosed.
2. The Agency should have experience of conservation works in Archaeological Survey of India.
3. The Agency should have the knowledge of use of traditional materials like stone, sand and lime, brickbats and surkhi.
4. The Agency should have the experience in using hydraulic/non hydraulic lime for various applications.
5. Third party inspection at regular intervals at their cost, but Archaeological Survey of India will identify the Third party.
6. Contractors registered with the Archaeological Survey of India, CPWD, Railways, P&T dept., MES, Local PWD or Irrigation dept., are elegible
