The Hidimba Devi temple is located<br />
on a hillock. The deodars<br />
surrounding the temple are very old.<br />
It is one <strong>of</strong> the important temples in<br />
the region and dates back to AD<br />
1533. The temple is a specimen <strong>of</strong><br />
three-tiered wooden ro<strong>of</strong>ed Pagoda.<br />
The top tier is circular, crowned by a<br />
brass kalasa and a trident.<br />
