Since 1999, The Three ??? Kids is targeting an audience<br />
considerably younger than The Three ???‘s fan base. The<br />
stories are more appropriate for younger children and<br />
narrated in a less complex manner. Moreover, the 10-year old<br />
detectives are signifi cantly younger than the boys in the<br />
original series. In a playful and mostly unintentional way,<br />
the three main characters get involved in exciting cases,<br />
using their brains and humor to solve them. Since extraordinary<br />
powers are not required, the kids are able to succeed on<br />
their own. Similar to The Three ???, there is no brutality in<br />
the stories. Dangerous situations do not cross the line of<br />
what is educationally justifi able.<br />
