Mike Melcher<br />

Mike lives in Marysville and<br />

is a teacher at Marysville High<br />

School. Mike holds a degree<br />

from Emporia State University<br />

and is currently working on his<br />

Master’s Degree. Mike enjoys<br />

spending time with family and<br />

friends, watching K-State basketball<br />

and football, and coaching<br />

young people. As a coach,<br />

Mike is the head varsity boys’<br />

basketball coach, head junior<br />

high boys’ track coach, the<br />

summer weights and conditioning<br />

Carter. Julie is the manager<br />

and owner of CJF Enterprises.<br />

Julie is a board member for the<br />

<strong>Blue</strong> <strong>Rapids</strong> Public Library and<br />

is about to serve a four-year<br />

term on the board of directors<br />

Cooperative. Julie loves<br />

living history, theatre, and public<br />

of Oketo’s Masonic Lodge and<br />

is currently the district deputy<br />

of several lodges and a grand<br />
