visit two famous cellars specialising in<br />

produce, such as mushrooms, truffles and<br />

grapes. Dinner with wines.<br />

day 5 Vineyards and Cooking BLD<br />

Rendezvous at the vineyards and view the<br />

progress. Return for your cooking lesson<br />

based on an ancient recipe, enjoy the dish for<br />

lunch. an extraordinary experience awaits you<br />

after dinner, become an active participant in<br />

the traditional wine making process crushing<br />

the grapes in a vat with your feet!<br />

dish as you acquire hints on the art of<br />

presentation! guided tour of Cortona and<br />

its etruscan Museum, continue to the<br />

Monastery of saint Francis ‘Le Celle’. Dine<br />

leisurely on the menu presented.<br />

day 3 Cooking-Montepulciano BD<br />

<strong>You</strong>r preparations may include local<br />

pecorino cheese flan with pear sauce<br />

and fresh seasonal vegetables, traditional<br />

pici pasta with cherry tomatoes, ‘tagliata’<br />

steak from the valdichiana and delicate<br />

by your guide for a walking tour of this<br />

Renaissance city. Returning by train and be<br />

transferred to your hotel on arrival. after a<br />

rest be ready for your cooking class followed<br />

day 6 Chianti Wines BD<br />

excursion with your driver to the Chianti<br />
