lesson based on how to make bread and

day 3 Siena Woods and Oils BD
With Patrizia you will go trough a guided
tour of the mill, from modern to traditional
process to tastings. ending with a light

day 2 Grape Harvesting & Cooking BLD
early breakfast ready to start your first
harvest day, with Riccardo and Benedetto
learn the art of cutting the grapes. Picnic
lunch, then continue with the harvest.
Commence your first cooking lesson. Dine
on your creations accompanied by fine
tuscan wines and live tuscan music.
day 3 Cortona and Cooking BLD
Meet in the lobby for a guided tour of Cortona.
Lunch at a typical trattoria. afternoon return
to the Relais in readiness for your second
cooking lesson with traces of etruscan
influence. Dine on the prepared dishes and
drink a selection of superior tuscan wines.

Your romantic interlude will include, three
nights in an elegant king size room at a
4* superior country Manor. Red roses,

day 4 Arezzo and Cheeses B
transferred to the local station, train to
arezzo. Meet your guide at the platform and
visit the city and the frescoes of Pier Della
Francesca. Return by train then visit a local
cheese producer and the processes of local
cheese and ricotta with tastings. visit the
Medieval square in Figline.
day 5 Florence and Cooking BD
transferred to the local station travel by
train to Florence, met at the arrival platform

Departure for the hilltop town of Montalcino.
visit two famous cellars specialising in
Brunello wines. Lunch at a vineyard and
wine tasting. Return to the Relais in time for
your third cooking lesson based seasonal
produce, such as mushrooms, truffles and
grapes. Dinner with wines.
day 5 Vineyards and Cooking BLD
Rendezvous at the vineyards and view the
progress. Return for your cooking lesson
based on an ancient recipe, enjoy the dish for
lunch. an extraordinary experience awaits you
after dinner, become an active participant in
the traditional wine making process crushing
the grapes in a vat with your feet!
day 6 Departure B
Leisurely morning and possibility of an
afternoon check out. optional transfer the

day 1 Cortona D
independent arrival at the historical property
near Cortona. Welcome aperitif and à la
carte dinner of traditional dishes.
day 2 Cooking-Cortona BD
over a glass of Prosecco sample each
dish as you acquire hints on the art of
presentation! guided tour of Cortona and
its etruscan Museum, continue to the
Monastery of saint Francis ‘Le Celle’. Dine
leisurely on the menu presented.
day 3 Cooking-Montepulciano BD
Your preparations may include local
pecorino cheese flan with pear sauce
and fresh seasonal vegetables, traditional
pici pasta with cherry tomatoes, ‘tagliata’
steak from the valdichiana and delicate
by your guide for a walking tour of this
Renaissance city. Returning by train and be
transferred to your hotel on arrival. after a
rest be ready for your cooking class followed
by dinner.
day 6 Chianti Wines BD
excursion with your driver to the Chianti
Region. visit three vineyards specialising in
different wines. tastings will be followed by a
light lunch. gala dinner in the evening.
day 7 Farewells B
Your tuscan experience comes to an end
with breakfast and transfer to Florence
airport or rail.

Your culinary affair ends after breakfast.
