after ticketing. Ticket must be refunded and new ticket issued, cancellation fees apply.

COMBINATIONS Permitted with Australian and Indonesian domestic fares.
Half RT combination permitted with any fare within this tariff or with any GA or GA/DJ
Economy Class or Executive Class Published fares from Australia to create a RT/CT/
TSOJ fare.
Combination between Economy Published and Executive Published fare types permitted.
Date of departure from Australia determines the seasons for each half RT fare component.
The most restrictive fare conditions for Ticketing/Maximum stay/Stopovers/Penalties/
Travel and Sales restrictions apply to the whole journey.
SURCHARGES GA fuel surcharges are included in the fare. Other taxes and surcharges are not included
and must be collected accordingly.
SALES RESTRICTIONS Extension of validity not permitted.
Ticket must be issued on GA (126) stock.
PENALTIES A. Cancellations
Before Departure - forfeit AUD125/Adult, AUD75/Child, AUD25/Infant.
After Departure - no refund once travel has commenced.
B. Noshow
AUD100 noshow fee applies per passenger if noshow for any booked flight.
If the ticket is refunded, noshow fee AUD100 and cancellation fee apply.
If the ticket is subsequently rebooked, noshow fee AUD100 and reissue fee AUD100 apply.
Differences in fares/taxes/surcharges must be collected with reissue.
C. Rebooking and Rerouting
Rebooking of outbound date within the sale period of the fare is permitted with AUD100
reissue fee. Rebooking requested after expiry of the sale/travel period must be upgraded
to the next available fare.
Rebooking of inbound date is permitted free of charge.
Voluntary rerouting/upgrade to higher fare permitted at AUD100 reissue fee.
Differences in fares/taxes/surcharges must be collected with reissue.
Child/Infant discounts do not apply to noshow/reissue fees.
TICKET ENDORSEMENTS Nonend/Changes permitted fees apply.
CHILD/INFANT Accompanied children 2-11 years: charge 75% of the applicable adult fare.
DISCOUNTS Unaccompanied children: not permitted.
Infant under 2 years and occupying a seat: charge 75% of the applicable adult fare.
Infant under 2 years and not occupying a seat: charge 10% of the applicable adult fare.
No more than 1 accompanied infant without a seat permitted per adult.
Fare basis for Child/Infant: add CH for child or IN for infant after the Fare Basis.
MISCELLANEOUS Garuda Frequent Flyer-GFF membership available via http://gff.garuda-indonesia.com
Garuda Frequent Flyer points are accrued in Q/B classes.
Garuda Frequent Flyer points are not accrued in V class.
