and matching cravat over a white waistcoat and high
collar, watercolour and ink over pencil, on oval card,
inscription identifying Joseph Hind of Dewsbury, aged
23, and dated 1842, on verso, with a further indistinct
inscription below, 8.5 x 7 cm. (3 ½ x 2 ¾ in).
