collar, watercolour and ink over pencil, on oval card,<br />

inscription identifying Joseph Hind of Dewsbury, aged<br />

23, and dated 1842, on verso, with a further indistinct<br />

inscription below, 8.5 x 7 cm. (3 ½ x 2 ¾ in).<br />
