The promotion is subject to the condition that the teachers fulfills all the requirement as laid down in the<br />
Recruitment Rules for the post of TGT/TGT (MIL) and is further subject to the condition that there is no<br />
vigilance case/departmental enquiry/disciplinary proceeding/penalty pending/ in operation against the<br />
teacher concern at any level. The District DDEs are directed to ensure that all the terms and conditions<br />
issued vide promotion order dated 11/12/2012 mentioned above are strictly adhered to. The DDEs<br />
concerned shall check the requisite educational qualification as prescribed in the RRs, SC/ST certificate<br />
(wherever applicable) and obtain fresh vigilance. Further those promoted teachers who have submitted<br />
their provisional degree are hereby directed to enclose their attested copies of original Graduation/B.Ed<br />
degree of recognized university in respective dossiers to their concern DDEs office as and when issued<br />
from concerned university.This issues with the prior approval of Competent Authority.<br />
