1) All <strong>Lattner</strong> cabinet style electric boilers are custom designed to fit your application. They require additional engineering, quality<br />
control, and lead time. In addition, all steps are subject to change depending wattage of boiler, voltage, and specifications. Please<br />
be aware of these facts when ordering.<br />
2) One instruction manual will be provided with the boiler no charge at the time of the boiler order. One additional manual will be<br />
provided no charge at the time of the order if requested. Additional manuals or manuals requested after the boiler is shipped will<br />
be invoiced at $30 each.<br />
3) Two sets of submittals will be provided with the boiler no charge at the time of the boiler order. One additional digital (email) set<br />
of submittals will be provided no charge at the time of the order if requested. Additional submittals or submittals requested after the<br />
boiler is shipped will be invoiced at $15 each.<br />
4) <strong>Boiler</strong> start-up by a factory authorized representative may be requested for a net cost of $1400 per day plus travel and<br />
expenses. <strong>Boiler</strong> start-up cannot be scheduled until start-up request has been returned to <strong>Lattner</strong>.<br />
ENGINEERING CHANGES, INCLUDING WIRING DIAGRAM AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLY CHANGES, MADE AFTER SUBMITTAL<br />
APPROVAL WILL BE INVOICED AT $90 (NET) PER HOUR.<br />
ALL PRICES ARE F.O.B. FACTORY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.<br />
