R. Students must make proper use of seat belts while vehicles are in motion on school property. This is a state<br />

law that will be enf<strong>or</strong>ced.<br />

S. STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEND THEIR PARKING STICKERS TO OTHER<br />

STUDENTS. STUDENTS FOUND DOING THIS WILL BE SUSPENDED AND HAVE THEIR<br />

PARKING PRIVILEGE REVOKED.<br />

T. STUDENT VEHICLES PARKED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.<br />

U. IT IS MANDATORY THAT VEHICLES PARKING ON CAMPUS MUST DISPLAY THEIR<br />

PARKING PERMIT ON THEIR REAR VIEW MIRROR AT ALL TIMES DURING THE<br />

SCHOOL DAY.<br />

IV. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS<br />

A. Failure to abide by <strong>and</strong> comply with all the above regulations will result in the loss of driving privilege on<br />

school grounds. Privileges may be revoked f<strong>or</strong> days, weeks, months, <strong>or</strong> the entire school year depending<br />

upon the severity of the offense. Appropriate discipline as per the district Discipline Policy will also be<br />

applied.<br />

B. If second offenses are committed they will be punishable by either <strong>or</strong> both of the following penalties:<br />

1. The suspension of the offender from school.<br />

2. The withholding of the student’s privilege to participate in extra-curricular activities f<strong>or</strong> a time deemed<br />

proper by school officials.<br />

C. In addition to A <strong>and</strong> B (above), permission to drive on school grounds may be permanently f<strong>or</strong>feited.<br />

D. Cars which are parked illegally on school property will be “booted.” Drivers of “booted” vehicles are to<br />

contact the Main Office to have the boot removed.<br />

E. Vehicles that are continually illegally parked will be towed from school grounds at the owner’s expense.
