The Great Pyramid‘s northern face is aligned almost perfectly to true north; its southern face almost
perfectly aligned to true south; the same with its eastern and western faces. Astonishing also is that the
Great Pyramid possesses almost perfect 90⁰ right angles. Very few modern buildings possess corners with
perfect 90⁰ right angles. Because it makes no difference structurally and most observers are oblivious, the
norm is for corners to be out of true by a whole degree or more. However, in the Great Pyramid the
margin of error is almost nill: SE corner 89⁰ 56‘ 27‖, NE corner 90⁰ 3‘ 2‖, SW corner 90⁰ 0‘ 33‖, NW
corner 89⁰ 59‘ 58‖. But showing an even more astounding level of advanced mathematics is the hard-todeny
suggestion that the Great Pyramid is actually a model and map-projection of the northern
hemisphere of the earth on a scale of 1:43, 200. The mathematics supporting this suggestion is persuasive.
This means that the ancient builders, probably working anywhere from 11-7, 000 years ago, had an
accurate knowledge of the dimensions of the planet.
The alignments to true north, south, east and west; the near-perfect 90⁰ right angles; the incredible
symmetry of the four enormous sides; the engineering logistics of raising millions of huge stones hundreds
of feet in the air; all of these are ‗almost impossible‘. Just how supra-modern the Ancient Egyptian culture
is was aptly stated by Jean-François Champollian, founder of modern Egyptology: beside the Egyptians of
old, he said, ―we in Europe are but Lilliputians.‖
Why did I spend this time talking about the scientific advancement of the ancient Egyptians? First,
because it demonstrates clearly that Bro Mubaashir‘s Darwinian view of human intellectual history is
simply out-dated and wrong. Dr. Charles Fince expresses this fact well when he remarks:
―as history dawns in the Nile Valley at the end of the 5 th millennium B.C., medicine is already at
a very advanced state and…in fact, it underwent a decline in later ages which was not reversed
until the scientific breakthroughs of the 18 th and 19 th centuries. It is the conceit of modern
historiography that human culture has evolved in linear fashion from the simple to the complex,
from the primitive to the advanced, from the lower to the higher, reaching its pinnacle in the
post-Renaissance civilization of Western Europe. A more clear-sighted perception of history
would show us that this flies in the face of the true facts; the progression of human civilization
might be more accurately described as a sinusoidal wave, in which the ebb and flow of civilized
progress is represented by peaks and valleys. From every pinnacle there is a regression and every
succeeding civilization is faced with having to re-discover old truths. The Greek ‗miracle‘ is but
the detritus of ancient Egyptian thought and many of the ‗marvels‘ of the modern age are the
fruit of recovering older ideas (―Science and Symbol in Egyptian Medicine: Commentaries on
the Edwin Smith Papyrus,‖ 349).‖
Secondly, this evidence demonstrates the error of Bro Mubaashir‘s claim that belief in an
anthropomorphic God belongs to the ‗pre-scientific‘ stage of human evolution. The scientifically and
mathematically advanced culture responsible for this scientific and mathematical Wonder of the Ancient
World, the Great Pyramid, was also a culture committed to the true, anthropomorphic Black God! The
theological wisdom that complemented the scientific and mathematical knowledge was: ―men are mortal
gods, and God is an immortal man.‖ Egyptian Sacred Science (not paganism or superstition!) was rooted
in the acknowledgment of the same Self-Created Black God that the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad
taught us about here in America. Here me well: that scientific wonder standing in the sands of Egypt was
raised by a culture that affirmed and was committed to the self-created Black God! With the knowledge of
that same God, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad raised in the ‗sands‘ of America a mighty Black Nation,
