Marlington Alumni Association Universal Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in Marlington Alumni Association scholarships. To ensure your best opportunity, please read carefully
before completing the MAA Universal Application.
Completion of the MAA Universal Application is designed for you to maximize the number of scholarships for which you may apply.
Your application will be considered for all scholarships for which you meet eligibility criteria. Specific information regarding each
scholarship is available at www.marlingtonalumni.org under the Scholarship tab.
If you have any questions which are not answered here, please submit your question through our contact form and a Scholarship
Committee member will make every effort to respond within 24 hours.
In order to apply, you must complete the entire application. (Personal Information, Activities Worksheet and Essay.) Applications and
supporting attachments MUST be received by February 1 using ONE of the following methods:
a. (Preferred) Email to: applications@marlingtonalumni.org
b. Complete this form as a PDF and return it (with supporting attachments) to the MHS Guidance Office.
c. Mail completed form and supporting attachments to: MAA, PO Box 6001, Alliance , Ohio 44601
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Student must be a US citizen and enrolled as a senior at Marlington High School at the time of the application.
2. Student must intend to enroll or be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary school or training facility for the upcoming school
year.
3. If awarded a scholarship, student must plan to attend the annual MAA banquet held in April.
4. Give permission for MAA to request a copy of your most recent transcript and ACT or SAT scores with application.
5. Applications and supporting documents must be received by February 1.
