Managing your account online<br />
It’s easy to access and manage your Marco Polo Club<br />
account online by logging on to www.cathaypacific.com<br />
or www.dragonair.com<br />
The Marco Polo Club services available online:<br />
• Check your Club miles and Club sectors balance,<br />
Asia Miles account balance and validity<br />
• View your monthly statements and latest transactions<br />
• Manage your Asia Miles − claim missing mileage, renew,<br />
transfer or donate, offset your carbon emissions and more<br />
• Update your profile, such as PIN, redemption group and<br />
more<br />
• Redeem flight and lifestyle awards and bid on iAuction<br />
items<br />
• Use the Mileage Calculators to see how many miles you<br />
can earn, or the number of miles required to redeem<br />
awards<br />
• Check out the latest news and promotions<br />
Did you know...<br />
You can claim your missing mileage on Cathay Pacific,<br />
Dragonair, British Airways and Qantas by completing our<br />
online Missing Mileage Request Form.<br />
For other airline partners, please download and mail<br />
the completed Missing Mileage Request Form with your<br />
original boarding pass and eTicket itinerary receipts<br />
to The Club Service Centre.<br />
Missing mileage claims must be submitted within six<br />
months of the travel date. Miles and sectors flown prior<br />
to enrolment do not count towards your Marco Polo Club<br />
account.<br />

• Plan your trip by viewing our flight schedules, City Guides<br />
and latest offers<br />
• Make bookings online, including for Asia Miles award<br />
flights and upgrades<br />
• Manage your booking, receive travel alerts and reminders,<br />
select your seat and meal preference, check inflight<br />
entertainment and much more<br />
• Check in and print your own boarding pass (where<br />
applicable) from 48 hours up to 90 minutes before your<br />
flight departure<br />
• View useful information on airports, travel advisories,<br />
baggage, destinations and much more<br />
