Board of Governors Nominations
The Sweetwater Board of Governors will be accepting applications for
the members at large for 2012 during the month of September.
This governing Board works directly with club management in setting
policies and improving all aspects of the membership experience at
Sweetwater Country Club.
Applications will be available at the receptionist's desk September 1st
and must be returned to Gene Miller by September 30th.
More detailed information concerning the application and election
process will be sent out in the September billing statement.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to be more influential in the

Swing For the Cure Tennis Tournament:

Saturday September 8 Start time 9:00a.m.
Come out and hit for a good cause! We will be hosting
our second annual Susan G. Komen Foundation charity
event. This is a flighted ladies event open to all levels
(Open, Champ, A, B & C) with a round robin format
within your division. Sign up with a partner; we will take
the first 6 teams to sign up for each flight. The format
will be best of 7 games, regular scoring. The entry fee is
$35.00 per player. This includes lunch, giveaway, t-shirt
and a day full of tennis. A portion of the proceeds will go
to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. If you would like to
make an additional donation please make a separate
check payable to Komen Houston Affiliate or you can
