IMPORTANT
Any groups which wish to have a private breakfast, luncheon
or dinner, please let the Convention Committee know of
your plans.
Last year we had some conflicts with many having the luncheons
going at the same time. The Widows Luncheon will be
on friday at noon.
Let us know your plans so we can add them to our programs,
but you will need to make your arrangements with the
hotel.
The hotel does have a policy that if you don’t have at least
20 people for a food function they will charge you $40.00; best
to have a small group meet at the restaurant.
