Warranty<br />
Our products are subject to strict quality control measures and reflect<br />
the state of the art.<br />
If the product you bought is nevertheless not flawless, please contact<br />
your authorised dealer.<br />
Warranty will be brought into operation by the following circumstances:<br />
1. Within the warranty period of 24 months from the date of<br />
purchase, we shall unmake any defects attribuTable to material or<br />
manufacturing faults.<br />
Warranty shall be restricted to repair of the above defects resp.<br />
replacement of the luminaire.<br />
2. Drawing on the warranty shall not extend the warranty period. The<br />
warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase shall remain<br />
unaltered.<br />
Claims shall be excluded in the following cases:<br />
Improper handling or misuse, force majeure (water, fire, etc.), non-observance<br />
of instructions of use, application of force, adjustments and<br />
modifications to the luminaire, or interference by unauthorised persons.<br />
Repair service:<br />
In case of defects not covered by the warranty provisions, we will<br />
charge you for repair of your luminaire. Please contact your authorised<br />
dealer in this respect.<br />
