Embed SPC at Any Workstation
Multiple vendors offer SPC tools to calculate statistical measurements and print reports,
however, this capability won’t help an operator on the shop floor. The challenge is how to
use these calculations to alert the user – in real-time – that immediate action is required.
FlexNet lets users embed SPC data within manufacturing process flows, resulting in real-
time SPC charts deployed within a user’s work station console. If processes trend out of
control, users can be instantly notified so corrective actions can be performed immediately.

Take Immediate Action, Improve Performance
Apriso understands the importance of visibility into and control of the production process
as well as the need to take immediate action. Once alerted, performance can’t improve

Process Management (BPM) engine, corrective actions can be configured to any SPC
