equipment, personnel management, unit logistics, individual and unit training, readiness,<br />
mobilization mobilization, demobilization, demobilization discipline, discipline and other matters not included in the operational missions<br />
of the subordinate or other organizations.<br />
– FM 5‐0 ADCON is equivalent to administration and support responsibilities identified in Title 10<br />
United States Code (USC). This is the authority necessary to fulfill military department statutory<br />
responsibilities for administration and support. ADCON of an Army unit must remain in Army<br />
channels. It cannot be transferred to a unit of another service.
