When departing...
Cottages should be cleaned and left in good condition. Check-out time is
10:00 AM on the date of departure. Please abide by the check-out time as new
tenants are waiting to check in. If you find it necessary to check out after 10:00 AM,
it is important to contact the Housing Office. Before checking out, please:
• Clean kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom.
• Put trash in outside trash cans.
• Return keys to the Swope front office. Failure to check out at Swope front
office may result in additional charges.
MBL is not responsible for personal property left behind.
Pets
All pets must be licensed in the town lived in and registered and approved by the
Housing Department during the application process. If you have been approved to
bring a pet with you, please be aware that leaving your dog for long periods of time
unattended within the cottages or tied outside the cottages can result in continual
barking. The cottages are in close proximity and noise travels easily. Barking dogs
will disturb your immediate neighbors and the entire neighborhood.
With these and other concerns in mind, the following policy is in effect:
• Only two pets per cottage will be approved; a credit card number is required,
as pet security, for our files.
