FOREMOST 4027-ES SMOOTHY BODY SOAP

DESCRIPTION: A highly effective bactericidal hand soap containing PCMX (Parachlorometaxylenol) especially
designed to prevent the transfer of bacteria. This product cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes while
soothing the skin and aids in healing sore hands. It produces rich, abundant lather and rinses
freely. Foremost 4027-ES Smoothy Body Soap is completely neutral for the most sensitive skins
and is pleasantly scented. Retains its free-flowing qualities down to the last drop.
APPLICATION: Recommended for daily use in cleaning and moisturizing the skin. All lavatory dispensers should
be equipped with this soap for use each time personnel wash or shower during the day.
DIRECTIONS: As supplied, in Ready-To-Use form, soap dispensers may be filled directly from container without
dilution. Eject some Smoothy Body Soap into hands or on washcloth, using a little water with it.
For shower, spread over entire body, working to a lather. Rinse, and dry with clean towel.
PRECAUTIONS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. May cause eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not
take internally.
FIRST AID: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water until burning
ceases. Get medical attention immediately if irritation persists.
