About the Symposium
The symposium focus is the current economic
environment and the use of multidisciplinary models
to create best clinical practices for patients with
co-morbidities. Lectures and round-table discussions
will be of interest to Dermatologists, Rheumatologists,
Psychiatrists, Cardiologists and Medical Professionals
who work with or are interested in Multidisciplinary
Patient Care.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion participants will be able to:
• Develop strategies for managing patients with
co-morbidities with a multidisciplinary care model.
• Identify methods of multidisciplinary care for patients
with co-morbidities.
• Better serve the health care community with newly
established best practices in a challenging economic
environment.
Continuing Education
The Case Western Reserve University School of
Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing
medical education for physicians. The Case Western
Reserve University School of Medicine designates
this educational activity for a maximum of 7.0 AMA
PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only
claim credits commensurate with the extent of their
participation in the activity.
