€1billion to be made available over the next 10 years

A "Résidence de Tourisme" is a complex providing home-from-home accommodation,
specially fitted out for tourist clientele (business or leisure). These are managed by a single
operating company, and the accommodation must meet standard requirements, rated in
compliance with the national reference system ranging from 1 to 5 stars.
Affordable rural French "maisonettes". A French country cottage (maisonette)
conjures up images of chocolate box houses, pretty gardens, open fires and quirky
interiors; all very typical of France. Generally, maisonettes tend to be more
competitively priced compared to a villa or gîte because they are less spacious.
French Holiday Rentals by the Sea
All along the 5,200km of coastline, except in
protected areas, very nice and comfortable

companies, private houses or flats can be found.
Budget villa holiday
While a French villa holiday is often associated
with the south of France, there are also plenty of beautiful villas to rent in North,
